We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please head to our contact page and the fill out the 'Existing customer' form where a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery of your order.

The returned product will be examined and inspected by our quality assurance team and we will notify you via e-mail within 48 hours whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.


If you wish to return a product for any other reason, delivery charges will apply.



As we are the manufacturer of our products our delivery times can be impacted by various different factors.

Our current lead time is 7-10 working days for delivery for most products unless stated otherwise in the product description (Updated December 2020). We are currently operating within strict Covid guidelines and as a result we have added an additional 5 working days to our delivery time due to issues with our production and courier service. If you would like to cancel you order, we can only refund you for the products excluding delivery.  

To avoid incurring a cancellation fee, please inform us of any cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order. This is in line with our cancellation policy. 



We offer a collection service which can be selected at checkout. The current wait time for an order to be ready for collection is 3-4 Working days unless stated otherwise in the product description (Updated December 2020). Once you have placed your order you will be prompted to contact us to arrange your collection with the team, please do not turn up unnanounced as your order may not be manufactured. We are based in Merseyside, Prenton, UK - Our full address is provided in your order confirmation email.
